Week of March 18, 2019

Dear Families,

It was nice meeting with everyone at parent-teacher conferences.  This was our last official conference for the year; however, if you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. :)
Thank you parent helpers in and out of the classroom this week!
Friday will be another Spirit Day, wear your pajamas.  Please wear sneakers for PE and recess.
Our class would appreciate glue stick donations.
Please remember your library book for Monday.

What We’re Doing in Class this Week:
Language Arts:  long vowel ‘o’ in Phonics. We continue to practice nouns (common, proper, and possessive), verbs (present, past, and future), and adjectives.
Math: Module 3, Measurement and data/graphing
Writing: learning about informative and opinion writing
Science: Light and Sound
Technology: Seesaw, Lexia, RazKids, Reflex Math, Zearn, Codespark, Prodigy, Epic!
Sharing Assignment: Something that reminds you of spring.
